                             Holding in the Company

The Company received notification today from Gartmore Investment Limited,
Gartmore Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners that, by virtue of a
sale of 150,000 ordinary shares at 35 pence on 23 June 2005 their aggregate
discretionary holding in the Company is 9.98% and they no longer hold a
reportable interest in the Company.
