                          Shareholding in the Company

The Company was notified on 2 March 2007 that, following a recent purchase of
75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), the
holding of Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited in the Company has
increased to 2,552,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.08% of the total issued
share capital of the Company. The Ordinary Shares are registered under the name
of Chase Nominees Ltd (USS).
