The Company was notified on 10 October 2006 that, following a recent purchase of
727,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), the
holding of the Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited in the Company has
increased to 1,377,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.4% of the total issued
share capital of the Company. The Ordinary Shares are registered under the name
of Chase Nominees Ltd (USS).
