The Company was notified on 23 January 2007 by Universities Superannuation
Scheme Limited ('USSL') that, following a recent purchase of 500,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), USSL's holding has
increased to 2,152,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.33% of the total issued
share capital of the Company. The USSL Ordinary Shares are registered under the
name of Chase Nominees Ltd (USS).
