                              Directors' Holdings

The Company was notified on 23 June 2005 that the holding for Sam Wauchope, a
non-executive director of the Company, has increased as the result of a purchase
of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by the
PMIB Limited Employee Benefit Trust, of which he is a potential beneficiary. The
purchase took place on 23 June 2005 at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Anglo Irish Trust Company
Limited: re 6609.

Following this transaction Mr Wauchope's holding is 30,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
