                              Directors' Holdings

The Company today approved the allotment of 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Sam Wauchope, non-executive director in lieu
of a cash bonus of £1,600. Following this transaction Sam Wauchope's total
holding is 5,000 shares.

The Ordinary Shares have been allotted at 32p per Ordinary Share being the
closing middle market price of the average of three days prior to the allotment
on 10June 2005.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange to list 5,000 Ordinary
Shares increasing the issued capital of the Company to 30,037,112 Ordinary
Shares.
