                              Directors' Holdings

The Company was notified on Friday 18 March 2005 that the holding for Thomas
Isler, a non-executive director, has increased as a result of the transfer of
101,368 Ordinary Shares of 1p in the Company from a bequest under his late
mother's estate.

Following the transfer Mr. Isler's holding is 336,471 ordinary shares of 1p
representing 1.12% of the issued capital. His interest comprises his interest in
the shares held by himself (271,471) and his wife, Corinne Isler-Boller
(65,000).
