DIRECTOR'S DEALING - GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS

On 9 April 2014, options over a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to Paul Schmidt, Chief Executive Officer, in accordance with the terms of a share option agreement approved by the Company's Remuneration Committee on 9 April 2014, under which Paul Schmidt was to be granted 200,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 59.5p per share in recognition of his achievement of 2013 objectives.  The options will be exercisable between the third and fourth anniversary of the date of grant, provided the closing price of the shares on AIM has remained at or above 78p for a period of at least 20 consecutive trading days immediately prior to the date of exercise. 

Following the above-mentioned grant of options, the beneficial interest of the director concerned in the Ordinary Share capital of the Company is as shown below:
