                              Directors' Holdings


The Company was notified on 15 June 2006, that the holding for Robert Chanson, a
non-executive director, has increased as a result of an off market transfer
dated 15 June 2006 of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') received as a gift for nil consideration from his father.

Following the transfer Mr Chanson's shareholding in the Company is 135,166
Ordinary Shares representing 0.34% of the issued share capital.
