PLANT HEALTH CARE ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT WITH ALEXIN AG

Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC), a leading provider of naturally derived products to the agriculture and horticulture industries, announces that it has formed a distribution agreement with Alexin AG ("Alexin") for Alexin to distribute PHC products including Myconate and Harpin in the Western United States under the trade names Employ, Pretect, Colonize AG and Myconate.  Going forward, Alexin will be a primary distributor for PHC and provide support to other distributors in those regions.
