The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 18 March 2024 (the Final Terms) in relation to the issue by Places for People Treasury plc of £100,000,000 5.750 per cent. Guaranteed Sustainability Notes due May 2055 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing £205,000,000 5.750 per cent. Guaranteed Sustainability Notes due May 2055 issued on 11 May 2023, 1 September 2023 and 8 September 2023) jointly and severally guaranteed by Places for People Homes Limited, Places for People Living+ Limited and Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association Limited under the £3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
