On 7 December, Pittards announced that it had been informed that Grainton
Limited had acquired a further 1,550,000 shares in the Company and now owned a
total of 3,780,000, representing approximately 17.34 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Pittards announces that it has been informed that Grainton Limited, a company
registered and incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, is beneficially
owned and controlled by Nigel Jagger.
Grainton has purchased its holding during the course of the last 36 months.
The Company has further been informed that Grainton considers its holding to
be an attractive medium to long term investment on fundamental value
considerations.
