Pittards plc (the Company) was advised today by BFS Small Companies Dividend
Trust plc that it sold 100,000 ordinary 25 pence shares in the Company
yesterday (8 March 2001) which takes its holding to 1,460,000 shares or 6.70%
of the Company's issued share capital.
