Pittards plc (the Company) was advised yesterday, Tuesday 28 November 2000, by
Fidelity International Limited that it has disposed of 250,000 25 pence shares
in the Company, leaving a total holding of 1,619,800 which represents 7.43% of
the issued ordinary share capital.
