Pittards, the specialist producer of technically advanced leather for sale to
manufacturers and distributors of shoes, gloves , luxury leathergoods and spots
equipment, announces that Mr R M L Blackford is stepping down as Group Financial
Director as of 1st June 2007 in order to pursue other interests.


He will leave the company at the end of August.


The Board of Pittards plc is pleased to announce that Mrs Jill Williams, who has
been an employee of the Group for 18 years and joined the Board as a director
last year, will combine her existing roles as Company secretary and Group
Treasurer, with that of Finance Director with effect from 1st June 2007.
