Pittards, the specialist producer of technically advanced leather for sale to
manufacturers and distributors of shoes, gloves, luxury leathergoods and sports
equipment, announces that Mr Lars Fex stepped down as a non-executive of the
Company on Friday 7 December 2007.


Mr Stephen Boyd became non-executive Chairman (currently executive Chairman)
with effect from the same date.
