Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 5 Octoer 2016 Stephen Yapp, Chairman, bought a further 15,231 shares in the Company at a price of 102.75 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Yapp's holding in the Company has increased to a total of 35,231 shares.
