Director / PDMR Shareholding

Pittards Plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed today that Chamberlain Plastics Limited ("CPL"), a company in which Stephen Boyd, Chairman, is deemed to be beneficially interested, has entered administration and its 816,667 shares will pass to the Pension Protection Fund.

Further to the above, Stephen Boyd has a beneficial interest in 17,683,333 shares in Pittards, representing approximately 4.0 per cent in aggregate of the issued share capital.
