Notification of Interest in Shares


In accordance with Rule 15, and as required by Sections 198 to 208 of the
Companies Act 1985, the following information falls to be disclosed.

Jon Moulton has sold a total of 429,640 ordinary shares in the Company during
the period from 13 August 2001 to 29 August 2001.  Following these
transactions Jon Moulton no longer retains a holding in the issued share
capital of PipeHawk plc.


The Company was informed of the disposals on 3 September 2001.
