Availability of Report & Financial Statements and Notice of AGM

Further to the final results announcement made on 22 October 2012, PipeHawk announces that the annual report and financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2012 has been posted to shareholders and is available to download from the Company's website www.pipehawk.com.

In addition, the Company announces that its annual general meeting, notice of which accompanies the annual report and financial statements, will be held on 13 December 2012.  Following completion of the annual general meeting the Company will give a presentation on the Company's current products and services.
