PIPEHAWK PLC ('PipeHawk' or 'the Company')
The board of PipeHawk announces that at the AGM held today all the resolutions
were duly passed, and Gordon Watt, a non-executive director of the Company,
was confirmed as Finance Director with immediate effect.
