                          NOMAD/Broker Change of Name

The  Company announces that its nominated adviser, Merchant John East Securities
Limited,  has changed  its name  to Merchant  Securities Limited  with immediate
effect.

Furthermore, the Company has been advised that, with effect from 30 April 2010,
its Broker has changed its name to finnCap Ltd.
