Pendragon advises that pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules 
it was notified on 16 February 2007 that following a recent transaction of 
Pendragon's shares on the 14 February 2007 Standard Life Investment Limited no 
longer has a notifiable interest in 3% or more of Pendragon's issued ordinary
share capital.
