Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 5 May 2009 that following a transaction on 30 April 2009 Norges Bank has decreased its notifiable interest in the voting rights to below 3% of the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon to 19,544,620 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 2.98% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
