PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 20 November 2001 Chase Nominees Limited notified the Board of Pendragon that
the account designated registration of FISL in the name of Fidelity
International Limited, as a result of transactions on 12 November 2001 had
increased its shareholding in the ordinary shares of Pendragon to 5,568,300
ordinary shares, representing 9.36% of the issued share capital.
