PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 31st October 2001 Fidelity International Limited notified the Board of
Pendragon that as a result of a transactions it has increased its shareholding
in the ordinary shares of Pendragon to 5,407,095 ordinary shares, representing
9.02% of the issued share capital.
