Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust PLC has notified the Board of Pendragon that
following the disposal of 292,180 shares on 15 February 2001, its interest in
the ordinary shares of Pendragon has decreased to 1,807,921 shares, representing
2.96% of the total issued share capital of Pendragon and, therefore, it no
longer has a notifiable interest in Pendragon.


Standard Life Investments has notified the Board of Pendragon that following the
disposal on 22 February 2001 of 60,000 shares, its total notifiable interest in
the ordinary shares of Pendragon has decreased to 4,235,367 shares, representing
6.95% of the total issued share capital of Pendragon.
