PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')
On 27 November 2000 The Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust PLC notified the
Board of Pendragon that following recent transactions its total notifiable
interest in the ordinary shares of Pendragon was 3,639,474 shares, representing
5.96% of the total issued share capital of Pendragon.
