The Board of Pendragon has been advised on 8 March 2000 that the trustees of the
Pendragon Employees' Share Trust, Guinness Flight Trustees S.a.r.I., have,
pursuant to the Pendragon 1999 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme, granted
options over ordinary shares of 25 pence in Pendragon to the following
directors:
