The Board of Pendragon has been advised on 24 March 2003 that the trustees of
the Pendragon Employee's Share Trust, Investec Trust Guernsey Limited, have,
pursuant to the Pendragon 1999 Approved Executive Share Option Scheme and the
Pendragon 1999 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme, granted options over
ordinary shares of 25 pence in Pendragon to the following directors:
