Purchase of Shares by ING Real Estate Investment Management (UK Funds) Limited


ING Real Estate Investment Management (UK) Limited have informed us that ING
Real Estate Investment Management (UK Funds) Limited purchased a total of
100,000 Ordinary nil par value Shares at £0.65 in IRET on 22 November 2007, in
their capacity as discretionary investment managers for clients. This brings the
ING Group holding in IRET to 18.74% of the issued capital.
