Issue of New Ordinary Shares

The Board of ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Limited (the "Company") announces that following the second closing date of the Offer and elections received from shareholders of Rugby Estates Investment Trust plc, a further 566,777 New Ordinary Shares of the Company will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, from 8.00 a.m. on 28^th May 2010.
