Responsibilities

The Company would like to advise that the following holding of nil par value
shares were acquired by Nicholas Thompson, Chairman of the Company, on 18
October 2007 and are beneficially held by the named Director:

Nicholas Thompson 421 shares at 91.00p per share (total holding, after this
acquisition, of 6,333 shares, 0.002% of the share capital)

In addition the Chairman also has an interest, through a connected party (Mrs
Elizabeth Thompson), in a further 21,666 shares of nil par value, 0.007% of the
share capital, which were purchased at 91.00p per share on 19 October 2007.
