The Board of ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Limited (the 'Company') announces
that Elliot Caldwell, who has been the  lead manager at ING Real Estate
Investment Management Limited (the 'Manager') for the Company since launch, has 
resigned from the Manager to seek new challenges in the field of investment
management.

The Investment Portfolio will continue to be managed by ING Real Estate
Investment Management UK Limited. With effect from today, the lead Manager will
be former Assistant Fund Manager, Michael Morris. Michael is a Director of ING
Real Estate Investment Management and has been with ING since 2003. He has been
involved with the Company prior to launch, both in terms of the original
property portfolio acquisition and subsequent Initial Public Offering.
