The Company received notification today that on 24 September 2007 Billam AG
purchased a further 3,490,000 ordinary shares of 0.04p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 0.6p per share.

Billam AG now holds 26,565,000 Ordinary Shares representing 7.08 per cent. of
the total voting rights of the Company.
