The Company received notification on 7 August 2007 Billam AG today purchased
3,250,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.04p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a
price of 0.22p per share. Billam AG now holds 11,250,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 3.00 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
