PHOENIX GROUP HOLDINGS (the 'Company') - 2010 FINAL DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

In September 2010, the Company introduced a Scrip Dividend option for shareholders. In order to accommodate the required timetable for the Scrip Dividend, the Company announces that, subject to shareholders approving the dividend at the Company's 2011 Annual General Meeting, the payment date for the 2010 final dividend is now expected to be 17 May 2011 rather than 15 April 2011 as previously disclosed.

Further details will be announced on 29 March 2011 when the Company's 2010 Full Year Results are released.
