Phoenix Global Mining Ltd (AIM: PGM) has today been informed that Dennis Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 250,000 shares of nil par value each in the Company ("Shares") on 12 July 2017 at a price of 3.66p pence per share.

Following completion of the share purchase, Dennis Thomas holds 10,651,870 Shares representing 4.64 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
