                    Results of Extraordinary General Meeting



The resolutions proposed at the Company's EGM held today were duly passed by
shareholders.



The purpose of the EGM was to seek the approval of shareholders for the disposal
by the Company of SOCO Yemen Pty Limited on the terms and conditions set out in
the conditional sale and purchase agreement dated 1 February 2008.
