Gas Industry Gazprombank ('Gazprombank') has purchased 321,430 (0.45%) 
SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each (Shares).

Following this transaction, Gazprombank holds 3,571,430 Shares, 
representing 5.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.
