                             DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified that Mr. John Norton has today purchased on the
open market 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £2.37 and 5,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at £2.41.  These purchases represent 0.014% of the issued
share capital of the Company.

Following these transactions, Mr. Norton is interested in 90,000 ordinary shares
representing 0.126% of the issued share capital of the Company.
