Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company announces that Dr Mike Watts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today bought 270 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ('Shares') at a purchase price of £14.24 per Share.

The shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 29 September 2009.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.0004% of the issued share capital of the Company, Dr Watts holds 6,020 Shares, representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
