                           DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING


The Company has been notified that Mrs Dianne Norton, the wife of Mr John
Norton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today transferred 40,000
SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.20 each ('Shares') to Mr Norton,
for no consideration.

Following this transfer, which represents 0.05% of the issued share capital of
the Company, Mr Norton continues to be interested in 115,000 Shares,
representing 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.
