mailed to shareholders, along with a notice of meeting convening an Annual 
General Meeting to be held at 10.00am on 24 June 2005 at the offices of Ashurst, 
Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA.

Copies of these two documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, 
and will shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility,
