The Company announces that its Annual Report & Accounts 2007, including a Notice
of Annual General Meeting, is now available on the Company's website and can be
accessed via www.socointernational.co.uk.


The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP,
Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA on 24 June 2008 at 10.00am.

Copies of the Annual Report & Accounts 2007, which includes a Notice of Annual 
General Meeting, have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will 
shortly be available for inspection at the Document Viewing Facility, which is

The Notice of Annual General Meeting includes a resolution to amend the
Company's Articles of Association. A copy of the Articles of Association of the
Company, marked to show the proposed amendments from the existing Articles of
Association, has been forwarded to the FSA in accordance with Disclosure and
Transparency Rule 6.1.2, and is also available for inspection at the offices of
the Company's solicitors, Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London
EC2A 2HA during usual business hours.
