SOCO INTERNATIONAL PLC
('SOCO' or the 'company')
Amendment to : Listing Application
On 11 April 2001 application was made to the UK Listing Authority to Block
List up-to 1,900,000 Ordinary shares which may be issued under the terms of
the SOCO-sub Unapproved Company Share Option Plan and to the London Stock
Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading,, this number has been
amended to up-to 1,818,000.
