                               ADDITIONAL LISTING

Pursuant to an exercise of warrants to acquire SOCO International plc ordinary
shares of £0.20 each ('Shares'), the Company has today made application for
81,304 Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Shares, to be
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange.
