                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for 926,124 ordinary shares of 20p each to be admitted
to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London
Stock Exchange.  These shares have been issued, as previously announced,
pursuant to a Share Exchange Agreement with the minority shareholders of SOCO
Vietnam Ltd whereby SOCO increased its holding in SOCO Vietnam from 70% to 80%.
