Withdrawal of General Invest EGM Requisition

Further to the announcement on 18 April 2016, PetroNeft has received notification from General Invest Overseas SA ("General Invest"), a 10.7% shareholder in PetroNeft, that they have withdrawn their request to call an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company.
