Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for 2009 and Notice of the 2010 Annual General Meeting (AGM) together with a Proxy Form and an explanatory letter from the Chairman.  The AGM will be held at the Sofitel St James Hotel, 6 Waterloo Place, London SW1Y 4AN on Thursday, 13 May 2010 at 10.30am.

The Company confirms that two copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for 2009, Notice of 2010 AGM, Proxy Form and explanatory letter from the Chairman will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority shortly and will be available for inspection at the UKLA Document Viewing Facility situated at:
